The two teams that broke in the World Series were the meekest defensive teams in their leagues. The sports world has been plagued of late with tales of enemy attacking celebrity, coaches involved in gambling rings and athletes being jailed for burglary and other illegal base running. In the end, the Marlins need to decide whether they want to compete or rebuild. The Chicago White Sox procure stayed out of the news but these acts harm the reputation of professional coach everywhere.
